Bob will be sharing several ancient forms of meditation that he has studied for 38 years. This is a weekly class that will be on-going, giving individuals the opportunity to learn and then put into practice what they have learned. For those who put these practices into their daily routine, it will be a life altering experience. Individuals with all levels of experience are welcome.
