Trance is a refined aspect of mediumship. It occurs when the Medium allows a Spirit Worker to ‘capture their attention’ or place a ‘hold’ on their mind, enabling a closer and unique connection with the Spirit World.

During this workshop, you will learn to lay a foundation of development for yourself during meditation and attunement exercises. And you will come to appreciate the importance of the two-way respect needed between the Spirit Workers and YOU to achieve this closer connection with Spirit for a deeper level of trance. In addition, this experience will enhance your natural mediumship and healing abilities.

You will also be encouraged to discern when someone is in the trance state, which, in turn, will help you to know, beyond doubt, when you are being entranced by Spirit workers, too.

Val Williams, the class instructor, has been a Trance Medium since 1984 and believes that a strong foundation for this work is vital for both the Medium and the Spirit workers.

She is also a trained hypnotherapist and has been prepared by Spirit to facilitate on behalf of your Spirit Guides and help you to understand how your Trance Mediumship works.
