Event Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Refund and Cancelation Policy
• Full Refund for cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the event. (however, payments made through Stripe, PayPal, or Square will have the provider’s non-refundable processing fee deducted before refund.)
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 2 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
• No-Shows: Individuals who do not attend without 2 days notice, will not receive a refund.
We encourage early communication so we may best serve all participants.
Substitutions
To support community accessibility, attendees may transfer their registration to another person.
• Please email churchoffice@sarasotacenteroflight.com at least 1 day before the event.
• Substitutions cannot be made within 7 hours of the event start time.
Cancellations or Changes by Organizer
On rare occasions, the Center may need to adjust or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If this occurs, attendees will be offered either a full refund or a credit for a future event.
• We will always strive to provide timely and thoughtful communication.
Refund Process
To ensure a smooth and respectful process:
• Please submit refund requests in writing to churchoffice@sarasotacenteroflight.com.
• Allow up to 3 business days for processing.
Other Conditions
Our policies are designed to support a safe, uplifting, and spiritually nurturing environment.
• Unless otherwise noted, this policy applies to all Center events.
• The Center is not responsible for personal items that are lost or stolen.
• Zero-Tolerance Policy:
To maintain the sacredness and harmony of our space, we do not permit:
◦ disruptive or harmful behaviour
◦ inappropriate language
◦ intoxication or substance use
Individuals violating this policy will be removed without refund, ensuring the well-being of all present.
