🌟Balance & Mobility Classes with Stephanie Improve your balance, flexibility, and strength for everyday! This gentle, low-impact class is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels — no experience necessary. Perfect for those looking to move with more confidence, prevent falls, and stay active in daily activities. Led by a certified personal trainer, all exercises can be modified to fit your ability.
