⭐ Exploring Altered States Workshop ⭐ Wednesday 07 October 2026 - 7pm to 9pm - $30 EXPLORING ALTERED STATES What happens when the everyday mind gets quieter? Altered states can create a deeper sense of awareness, stillness and connection. They can also play an important part in healing, mediumship and spiritual development. Nic Whitham will guide you through exercises to help you experience different levels of awareness for yourself. You’ll explore how altered states feel, how to enter them naturally, and what changes when you stop trying to make something happen. This isn’t about disappearing into a trance or losing control, it’s about becoming quieter, more receptive and more aware.
